    Default Zonealarm Security Suite v5

Got a hold of this and its been improved, there is now a virus checker built into the firewall. It also checks your incoming/outgoing emails.

Maybe its time to retire AVG 7 for now and see how this fairs.

I'm running za5 and the bugger keeps asking for permissions when I reboot, even after I've ticked the 'remember settings' box, not a big problem but a bit of a pest really, any clues on how to sort it?

Have you tried putting program control into learning mode or even turning it off completely. Sometimes it asks for program access which I already have given access too.

Still a good piece of software mind you. AVG has been now retired as my virus checker.

The new version (5) of ZoneAlarm is knacked, and apart from not keeping settings it is causing all kinds of problems for many people. Just have a look at their forum to see how bad things are. I had problems with it also, but closed it down, uninstalled it and cleaned out my registry of it. Then installed vers. 4.5 again. Now everything is fine.

    Regards.
