M1 Tank Platoon 2 was a great sim but old... Microprose did the best sims in my opionion!

Or try Panzer Elite.... meant to be good also

Tank warfare is a thing of the past it seems... all you get now is the occasional flight sim but it is all RTS at the mo....

I think they seem to forget that everyone like to take aim and blow things up manually!!!

I would recommend M1 TP as you get to control 4 tanks, call in air strikes etc, but be warned by today's standards the graphics and AI are not that advanced!

if you want a good tank game, well its not a game its part of a game, the go for call of duty, its a 1st person shoter so you will have to progress through the game to get to the tank mission but once you get there it amaziing, you can run down and over trees.
