Another usefull additon too, the PicMove is a versatile software that allows full control over what files are moved from your camera into what directories and how they are sorted. PicMove features: Support for any digital camera and card reader, Selectable source and target directory, Manual list of picture formats, List of RAW file types to be seperated into their own directory, Comprehensive target directory naming, based on the picture's creation date, Option to overwrite old pictures, Option to delete source files after transfer, Preview window and file info both for source and target directory, Saving of individual setting or all settings at once, Transfer is as fast as a normal copy/paste operation.

    This is free trial

I tried PicMove but it seemed just as time consuming as copying and pasting.

All I wanted was a quick one touch way of copying my memory card to my hard drive. So I wrote an incredibly complex batch file consisting of the following single line.

    xcopy O:\DCIM E:\Images\Canon /s

Phew, I'm gonna need a lie down now after all that coding.
