    Default Shadow Ops Red Mercury

Has anyone got this working, its JUST a bit big for a dvdr, so you have to delete 2 xbe files and repack it then it fits, ive burned it on 3 different blanks in 3 different programs and not one of them will boot, just wont load goes to evox main menu instead of auto booting from dvdrom.

So i ftp it to the hard drive and it actually starts but locks up on the first few logos.

So guys has anyone had same probs

Nope the nfo tells you to delete 2 xbe files, update.xbe and another one, one is over 50meg.

Ive got it on me hard drive now, i just upped it again after deleting it and it worked, cool game, fukcin pain in the arse tho when u get killed you have to start the whole fukin level again from the very start

its not m8, though i guess its just as broad as long as to what you delete
ive got the dv9 version aswell but it said nothing about languages in the nfo, just said bin them 2 xbe files to fit it on a dvdr

    FILES...[ 81 x 50MB ]
    SOURCE..[ DVD9 ]
Release Notes: The game basically fits on a DVD5, however we wanted to supply an unedited image of this fine game. If you want to burn this game on a DVDR, simply delete DASHUPDATE.XBE and UPDATE.XBE and repack the image.

FILENAME[ ddnl-sorm] weird i can only see the dv5 version on nforce, i dont see the 81x50meg one that i got

I bought it today (Friday I mean, just seen the time) and it's not too brilliant, framerate is low at times and too often you get 'caught' on scenery, mm might return it to Game.
Also the LIVE part of it is pants.
Shame, I was looking forward to it.

just to jump on the bandwagon a bit ...... i grabbed Shadow Ops Red Mercury DVD5 NTSC READNFO-ConFuSiON ( 49x50mb ) which is 2Gb less than dvd9 ver and fully working , transfered it to dvdr and i gotta say its a fab title , you feel fully immersed into the action from the start , all sorts of stuff going off and the 5.1 audio is fantastic !!!
