Eat loads of carbs

ignore the above. to build muscle you need:
high protein at least one gram per pound of bodyweight - chicken eggs turkey tuna etc
high complex carbs eg oats brown rice apple etc
moderate healthy fats eg fish oil natural peanut butter olive oil
eat plenty of fruit and veg aswell
avoid - simple sugars eg white bread, sugar , glucose, white rice (apart from post workout were you should be having protein and a simple carb to spike insulin)

just one other thing REDALERT i did the math im 15 stone which is 210 pounds. in your post u said (high protein at least one gram per pound of bodyweight ) how can i get this amount ov protein (210 grams ov it). pls reply
well m8 if you struggle to get that much protein from your normal diet then you can drink protein shakes inbetween meals . 1 gram per pound of body weight is mearly a guidline m8
If you need anything in the way of decent protein powders etc my m8 has a shop that comes highly recommended.
