How can I connect to me xbox now that I have installed this dam router and plugged my xbox into it

I can no longer ftp to me xbox

can anyone advise me on how to setup the router/xbox

I have changed the subneton the xbox to 255.0.0.0 and the gateway to 10.0.0.38 and have a static on the xbox of 192.168.0.200

worked it out finally just dont use a static ip and plug it straight into router and it will deal with it and assign you an ip :0
