Midi to MP3 ?

Does anyone know if it is possible to convert Midi music files to MP3 music files ??
If so - what software is reccommended ?

It is more than possible to do as you ask in a roundabout way.

Wingroove will convert your MIDI to WAV files, which you can then in turn convert to MP3.
