What footy boots do you wear?
So come on guys, what footy boots/trainers do you wear?
was having a conversation with my mate, and was discussing the Predetor boots, do the vamps they have have on them actually work? or are they a marketing scheme?
can becks bend the ball with any boot? and if they do work why doesnt carlos wear them? :nowords:
i play astro, and just orderd my self some Nike Secutor 2's. I believe they are the same ones as Henry wears in his Nike Ad.

not playing at moment due to some nasty ligament damage in my ankle
I got the Predators (astro) but the dearest ones - as I have bad shin splints and they seem to have done the world of good.... was good investment as my last Nikes had no support.........
Copa Mundial/World Cup's all the way when playing on the grass - you can't beat em....
as for the Nike Secutor they have those shox in em - I have had some of the trainers - and for running in they not the best - as the shox goes all over the shop so i would be careful

ive been told that the shox are low profile ones, and the secutor2's are made for astro turf, so heres hoping! if not there going back! and i'l get some Adidas F50 A3, they seem to be good aswell.Originally Posted by superflysi

I myself have Adidas F50 Blades (in the white) and Adidas world cup's in moulds.
The world cups are one of the comfy boots ive had.

i Wear The new Silver Preds, dont know if the fins work. But they are brilliant passing boots. Very comfy.
Not that great for running in.
Best running boots are Nike Vapours. but they cut your heels up!

i am currently using some pumas...white ones they are okish.......dont liek them too much though, i much prefer my alst pair which were a set of predators they were the best ones i have used for passing and shooting accuracy might get another pair soon

hm, also thinking which boots 2 go for aswell but cant decide between nikes and adidas ? i wonder if there is any other good boots 2 go for ?

I'd say for comfort go for Nike. They fit very nicely and are comfotable over long periods. Other than that, a few of my mates are wearing Reebok Baleni and Total Control:

I agree that the nike vapours are very comfy but if u have a broad foot they will be too tight.
The adidas f50 are real comfy and light and perfect for a broad foot

I don't play so much now but puma king studs and an original pair of Predators with Craig Johnsons name wrote in between the rubbermight flog them on ebay bound to be a buyer

played for first time in 3 months - my mate lent me his F50 Astro's - they are the bollox - comfy as anything

no seen as renault have my car at the moment - something gone in steering column - they doing it on warranty but will be a good few days
