I might be being thick but does anyone now how to install this to use?

from what I can see its a save game and you need to ftp the contents of tdata and udata folders to the tdata and udata folders on your xbox hard disk.

As there are no instructions or description that come with it I can only imagine its a save game that lets you manipulate the game like a trainer or something.

new challenge ( difficulty is more hard than the hard mode)
