My girlfriend has just landed in Turkey last night.

You do have to do something different if you have numbers stored as 07... you have to substitute the '0' for +44

All you have to do is text as normal and it will go to her phone

Just a little off topic, but I always store UK numbers in my phone as +44XXX, that way, it doesnt matter where in the world either of us is, the message or the call still connects without any woriies about international codes etc.

if your using a nokia phone then it does the +44 prefix for you. as mentioned before entering your phonebook entries as +4477********** etc is prob the best way to store numbers. that way if you are abroad its a piece of piss to call people.
