i need help on how to get bk/ird out of a di4010n when reading chip wot

If using a Willem to read the chip then firstly select the device type which should be the 29LV800 for the 4010 model. Once the chip has been read then scroll through the buffer contents to line number 40000. There you will see the IRD and BK. Alternatively you can save the dump as a hex file and read the contents using my prog Atmelhex.
