Can the security code on a nokia 6100 be reset back to default 12345? I have bought the phone of ebay, and i have contacted the seller, but the code the said try does nor work.

Just leave it switched on for an hour or two m8. This may reset the fones sec no. Or if you are that desperate there is a little gizmo that you can buy that will reset the sec code to the default,,, they are about £25 though.

Have a look at the 6th item down m8.

But before you go and buy it try leaving it on for a while first m8.

Termy the phone works M8, just trying to clear the wallet with the code in the orange book which works, but then it asks for the security code as well. Any Ideas at all please.

Don't know if this will help.If you have cable (or know anyone who does),download the trial verion of LogoManager for Nokia phones from www.logomanager.co.uk.this will allow you to view the current Security Code,you can then go in and change it.
