I use drag on nature rally speak in all the times and I stink it's excrement.
My key bald is now virtue alley re-done ant and the screech recognition is all moist floor less.
PS. I don't really use it as I found it crap.
that sounds like the new mint advert
anyway the reason why i'm asking is my dads mate has a son that is dyslexic and is causing all sorts of problems on the family pc ,what would you recommend as i'll need to try and find it :thumbs
TBH I didn't really try Dragon for that long. I only downloaded it because it was there.
If I remember it does have the ability to learn your voice but that requires you reading long passages of text etc and I couldn't be arsed. Maybe after the training it would have performed better, might be worth a try as I think it's probably as good as any other speech recognition software.
where ?
Sorry I downloaded it a couple of years ago so I doubt the link would be valid even if I still had it.
You'll probably find it on edonkey if you really want it. :thumbs
i wouldn't bother with Dragon, in a word it's shite.
Phillips do a far superior Speech Rec. system.
The company I work for is in partnership with a dutch company called G2. They use the Phillips speech rec. and it is superb. Most of the firms we sell Digital Dictation to are law firms and hospitals, so if it can cope with that legal / medical jargon then it's good by me.
Send me a PM and I can point you in the right direction.
