edonkey and NTL question

I use edonkey to get things from time to time.

It's been getting a bit rubbish recently, but im not sure if it's just me.

could people on NTL 1.5mb connection please help me out by posting your average collective download speeds and any patterns you may have. I just keep getting slow builds up to 200kbps and then it will drop to around 80kbps again. For a while it just was stuck on 200kbps and more, but then things seemed to get much worser for me.

I have all my setttings sorted, open, reachable and generally in RazorBack 2 so im sure my edonk. settings are fine. Also anyone recommend any better servers?

i have a 728 kb/s connection and my speed varies, i have had 10 up to 74 kb/s
