    Default Work related topic

I work with a right pr1ck of a bloke. He is lazy, reckless and has no respect for the rest of the team. He goes out of his way to pick on the admin girl in our team. She has complained to HR and Equality and Diversity. This involves race as she is Irish and he always calls her paddy, leprechaun etc. Childish I know, but some people are affected by these things. If she called him by his "race", she would be fired instantly. So what not when he dishes it out? :nowords:

It has been reported to our boss and her boss after no action was taken. The admin girl in question has now left and her story has gone off to the Evening Standard. Her lawyer is licking his lips as she has evidence of the abuse she has endured.

I think that it is disgusting that in this day of equality, culture and all the other 5hite. He can do whatever he wants and get away with it. My boss has even warned me not to do anything as I have threatened on more than one occassion to knock his fat ar5e out.

Rant over, I am very annoyed just typing this. :annoyed: :grr:

Gather some evidence, Ask him to change his ways and then sue his ass, best case he is sacked, worst case the company pay you off :thumbs
