tw modems

hi im on a tw site using a sb420 that used to work fine but 4 the last 2 weeks the modem lights r on then after 30 secs they all go off and the modem does a reboot and 30 secs later it comes back on 4 30 secs then just keeps repeating this any ideas would b grateful

if your subbing to tw, and the modem is theirs, they should replace it.

You do not say if you are a subscriber, because if you are then get then to sort the problem out as stated earlier. To which you havent come back with a sensible reply.
