    Default WAGN Trains

What a f@cking joke this ameateur excuse for a company is. My daily route from Oakleigh Park (Barnet) to Moorgate (30 mins) has been turned into a 1hr 30min nightmare. Due to escalator maintenance work at Moorgate my trains and will not terminate there for the next 12 months . My train now terminates at Old Street where every c@nt then piles down the f@cking stairs to get to the Northern Line. Anybody who gets the Northern Line into the city between 8-9.30am will appreciate how busy it normally is. Add 200 extra passengers heading down to the line every 10 minutes or so. The clever c@nting boffins at WAGN and London Underground obviously had a good think about that one!!

I now have to go to Kings Cross and get the Circle Line along with hundreds of other disgruntled passengers who need to get to Bank\London Bridge. But, it gets better…I had to wait on the train at Finsbury Park first as so many trains are being diverted to Kings Cross that congestion is occurring. When finally at Kings Cross, I was shepherded through the station like a football hooligan in a police escort to the edge of the Circle Line. After being crushed for 15minutes, I was let through and it was still heaving with people.

1 hour and 30 minutes after standing up on 2 packed trains I finally arrived at work. Tomorrow I will be leaving home at 7am in an attempt to get in on time as I have a meeting at 9.15.

    F@cking great. :annoyed:

I commute on WAGN trains too, but my journey isn't as bad as yours. Well if you ignore that the same line I travel on has failed twice - Hatfield and Potters Bar.
I catch the mainline train to and from Kings Cross and I know what you mean - it's a mad house at the moment which is why I am now using the bus to get to work instead of the dreaded tube.

I pay over 3k per year with WAGN and that doesn't even get me a seat most mornings. :grr:

I feel your pain m8, it is f@cking ridiculous and it is going to get worse. Once the bad weather hits, ooh the delays and mayhem it will cause. I am tempted to film the chaos one day as my boss thinks I am swinging the lead to get a sleep in!!

My ticket costs me £1272 a year and I spend 90% of that stood up travelling to and from the city. :nono It really pi55es me off, I will commit train rage soon. :grr:

The only other option you have is to go to Arnos Grove and get the Piccadily Line instead but that is a trod from yours.

No thanks! Have figured out a quicker route via Old Street if a take a short cut to the Northern Line and wander past the guard forcing everyone to take the long route.

Agree completely, WAGN are not the only ones, the whole train network needs a good overhaul, but the bastards in government dont wanna put the money in, I dont know why they dont just pump a ton of cash in most of it will be spent on British industry helping to kick start manufacturing (Hopefully) and a reliable train service will get people of the roads clearing up congestion.:grr:

Also, lack of planning on your part does not constitute an emergency on my part....
