cbeebies and cbbc

Can anyone let me know of the frequency for cbbc and cbeebies? Ive done a full scan on my pc tv card and am getting sum of the channels, just not the others, i have the option to add them manually.

is there a site that lists all the channels and their relative frequencies?

Im pretty sure that would be pointless, because theyr diferent for every area ( correct me if im wrong)

Also if your box doesnt pic it up it wont be worth doing because it will be a :censored signal.
