Right, here is what I want to do...my question follows the last point:

1) Max number of simultaneous users d/ling from my server: 2
2) Max number of simultaneous users u/ling to my server: 0 (not restriction on number uploading)

How do I set up the server settings such that each user can enter the server to upload without 421 errors while keeping him off the server if he wants to d/l from the server when 2 other users are already d/ling from the server, WITHOUT setting up separate accounts for each user (which STILL wouldn't fix the max d/lers limitation prob anyway, IMO)?
