i have an AMD Athlon XP 3000(333Mhz) barton core.

i want to know what the correct settings are in the bios for the CPU External Frequency(Mhz) should be..Options are [100,133,166,200,204,207,211 Mhz

also the correct setting for the CPU Frequency Multiple should be,options are[5.0,5.5.......11.5,12.0,12.5x/13.0x

Your motherboard should autodetect it, but that CPU uses a 166MHz bus with a 13x multiplier.
