i reserved a Siemens SL55 and a couple of TFT monitors. On the website they were confirmed as the normal price. Worth checkin in store prices tho.

I worked in argos for 10 months. Old stock become 'RO Stock'. 50% comes off then if by chance there is still some stock left it goes down to 75%! They just wanna shift it.

Alot of this happens without public knowledge ... theres alot of old stock in the stock rooms and usually staff end up grabbing some bargains. I got a GBA Red Limited Edition for £46 as well as a husky stella fridge for the same price when i was workin there .

The £46 TFT's seem to be a website mistake if you read that forum ... some stores honoured the web price others didnt. I guess alot of the bargains may have gone by now but what the heck its worth a try!!

Got got back home with me drill, I also got the free 18v dustbuster with it from the Bedford store You do have to use one of the batteries from the drill to run it, but that's no big deal, the damn thing was free!!!!!
It's a bloody nice drill, even more so for the money.
