      Going to Riga in Latvia the 1st week in Dec.

      Cheap flights from Ryan Air

      Not been myself but have heard from a few peopke that it's pretty nice. Not quite as pretty as Prague nor as westernised but the beer is actually cheaper. At about 50p a pint I don't think you can go wrong.
