4.1 Surround System for £3.52

Just noticed this on another forum...

Staples (www DOT staples.co.uk) are offering a 4.1 surround sound system with for FREE for any first time customers. Just go to the website and add something cheap to your basket - I added the Bic Atlantis Ball Point Pen, blue Item Number 371412 @ 67p to my basket. Next, go to checkout and type in the following at the redeem gift box:

2P-HOME

This should then add the system to your basket and the total including delivery should be £3.52 or less if you have something even cheaper in your basket. Just remember it is for new customers / first time orders only.

Apparently it has

4 Surround Speakers
Treble and Bass enhancement
Subwoofer
Connection to CD player, radio and computer (cables supplied)

Model number is WEIFI D-4100

The asterix in the picture refers to:

I saw this a few days ago but I know someone who already has it and says its awful so I didnt bother getting it or mentioning it here. Still it is only £3.52 for those that arent bothered about sound quality.

Also, the 67p pens are not the cheapest thing you can buy on Staples site. I seem to remember there being pencils on there for a little over 30p.

Another code is 1P-REMOTE for a remote control radio - FM/MW/LW and radio. Runs off 4 d sizer batteries.

Nice one. I ordered a 34p pencil and added both codes, they were accepted but whether or not I get both is another thing. Says they are having technical difficulties at the warehouse and orders may take up to 5 days. Total order came to £2.75

It's a legit company, I think it's just that they're not going to honour the deals because they dont want to send out hundreds of surround sound systems for the price of a pencil and some postage.

It does say for business customers only so they'll probably use that as an excuse if pushed. I'd tell them that I'm ordering it for a company but not many companys order their pencils in quantities of 1 with a postage cost of £3.50.
