Default Moving from Docsis to Davic advice please

feel like a newbie again asking this My brother is moving from an ex c&w area to what i assume is pure ntl as net id is 00014. Anyway hes taking a ditv 1000 on cr2 with anti update mod a fun and mosc. I've searched and read lots of posts and estabilshed the stb will work in pure ntl area but not sure if it will work with the docsis cr2 software? If i reprogram his cards with pure ntl hexs will this suffice? or do i have to undo the anti update mod. Also will he get ppv? I use rst v1.4 on the funcard and if necessary he can have my titanium but keyrolls aren't an issue in pure ntl areas yet. Also does anyone know the frequency for Sailsbury in Whiltshire its not in any lists.

The box should work on ntl with correct card and new freq and netid. I cant vouch for ppv but I think that it has to be on cr3 and not cr2? and use a rom 10. A tit card would probably suffice for rom10 if done correctly.
