    Default Donkey Konga

    Donkey Konga £22 From www.dvdsoon.com !

Really fancy this for a laugh! and at £22! Was going to pick it up in the states but I'd rather save the space in my luggage for DS's

Might get 2 at this price. You can hook 4 up for multi player action lol.

    Anyone got it yet??

I imported the japanese one a while ago, but got bored of it very quickly. Probably didn't help that I didn't understand what any of the menus say, but the music was dire (I think they changed it for USA and Europe) and people think you're a spaz while you're playing.

Cool, i was looking on play.com at this for 32/33 but 22 is a bargin. The english version has got better suited songs as well i understand over the Jap Version.

@ £22 i will give it ago. Where abouts is DVDSoon based, seems candian. Does this mean it will not be PAL. Cheers.....Q

If you dont have an import machin it should work with Freeloader.

Dont know if you can still get these in shops etc... but I have some spare.

Someone may be able to confirm if they have used Conga USA on PAL machine with Freeloader?

Not what you asked, but I'm using my Jap Konga on a PAL console with 1.06b Freeloader...

There's a lot of talk on ntsc-uk forums about PAL versions not working on import consoles with certain versions of the Freeloader, but I'm not sure if there's any issues with the USA version. Might be worth taking a look on there.

I'll be OK as i have a modded 'Q' to play Jap/USA games. Tried my 1.06b freeloader with some pal games (issues with some games in the past been b&w etc..)

There is a 1.06B Freeloader out which I think is the latest (Confusing having 'b' and 'B') not sure how much difference, probably just a fix for Resident Evil 0 which was the 'Big' game at the time.

got the pal one and its quite a blast on multi player there is tons of stuff to unlock and loads of mini games and new drum sets, only real problem is that you can hear the bongos being bashed (especialy the taps on the side for claps) all around the house which means that playing whilst others are in bed is a no no.
