On Sunday 24th October 2004, all O2 UK and O2 Online customers on Pay & Go Original, Pay & Go Talkalot, Pay & Go Talkalotmore and Pay & Go Wild making standard calls in the UK to UK standard fixed-line numbers or to UK mobiles shall not be charged for their calls!

All you need is to make sure you have credit on your phone.

On one of my phones i have 0.00 balance but i received a text saying:

"Enjoy free Std UK calls to any network this Sun (24th). Its our way of saying thanks 4 being with 02 Pay & Go."

its for all **** ups they have had over the top up situation, shitloads of people left over it.

no u need at least 1p cred on ur phone.
brite customers are excluded from the deal and can have 3 quid cred if you ring up

The missus & I have the original O2 PAYG contracts and every weekend our calls are free. We have to top up with £10 every 30 days, but we can live with that.

Where did u get the sim card from? There's no mention of free calls on weekends on the o2 website. Can anyone else confirm this?
