i dont know of anyone over here that sells em, cheapmod.com say theyll have em in soon

Prize it off then clean the green paint off with petrol.

here's the alloy affect xbox skin with a clear xbox jewl

One of the lads at work has used the same skin, and cleaned the paint off the jewel, and has mounted a colour changing LED module from a mathos toy underneath it, so it cycles through all the colours of the spectrum every minute or so, looks well smart



The LED module is around 1cmx2cm, and runs off 5v, so doddle to fit, might do it to mine:nowords:

i'm gonna drill a hole out where the jewel goes, but just leave a little bit of a rim for the jewel to sit on, them i'm gonna stick a ring of leds under the jewel.


when i've done i will post the pics,

get a cold cathode fan and take the cathode off it, its the perfect size for under the jewel and it gives a far better light than a bag of LEDS

yep wish i new about the cold cathode fans....i just used a green led fan and peeled the leds off it and conncted it up.....

the alloy 1 looks nice but only prob i could see is if ya not careful it could get quite scratched and then look shite
