    Default blockbuster

was about to subscribe to the new blockbuster thing where you pay £13.99 a month and rent as many as you like. thought i would just check first. is there anyone else out there doing it for cheaper and just as reliable. Is the service as good as it sounds or are there hidden terms and conditions ive not looked at. :nowords:

I'm using Blockbuster right now and while it's decent I'm about to switch to LoveFilm as there are availability issues with BB. For instance if you'd like to watch the Sopranos series and you added discs 1, 2, 3 and 4 to your list you would getthem in whichever order they became available whereas LF will send them chronologically.

I think you still get the first month free with BB but if you choose LF I believe it's only a fortnight or nothing free at all so get someone you know (or someone from here) to refer you and you'll get the free month (and maybe the referrer gets something too).

The BB site allows you to order them chronologically. You just need to read the site / instructions

I'm on tesco dvd rental at the mo - they are actualy pretty good. Stuff mostly available, no dodgy discs so far

Coincidentally it was mentioned by Walterpill, i managed to get Sopranoes Series 1 disc 1, 2, and 3 at the same time

Might wanna check here for a bunch of free trials too =)

I currently use lovefilm.com and screenselect.co.uk and have had good service from both. So either (or both) are recommended by me.

Most are roughly the same price so it depends on what you want. Some have a more extensive back catalogue for those rarer DVD's, others also hire out PS2/XBOX games.

Can't reliably confirm but I think screenselect will order any DVD you want if they haven't already got it. (Pr0n excluded :whistle )
