willem problems

Hi, I am havinga problem with a willem programmer.

I can read atmels fine to obtain BK.

I can erase & write fine (or it seems to, gets to 100% verifies etc no probs)

When I put the cloned atmel back in the box it says ERR1 then NIT.

I have reflowed etc several times now.

I can get the box to boot and work fine by booting holding up+down until blue loader screen then go to let it boot.

in engineers menu it says there is no loader software?

It's a 4000 box ex cw.

I think the problem lies in the willem reading the atmel badly, not getting a good dump, cos I got a mate to program my dump I have read onto a fresh atmel using his dataman programmer and it still had the same error. He wont give me a known working dump so I'm no nearer.

Any suggestions?

you need to reprog the atmel with different dump maybe original is corrupted.
try to get someone here to send you a working dump. can't help you as i don't use 4000 boxes.
