They cut my pphone line off for 3 weeks and then after six weeks still couldn't get me online.
Terrible service, terrible support, don't try it. Just say no kids, I wish I did.

Anyhow, NTL are just as bad IMO!! Problem is my job pays for my net connection so cant change it!
