Best lnb Invcacom excellent Product and Service

I have been experiencing a few problems with my Invacom Lnb the lens cover was broken and I wanted to replace the plastic lens front ,so I phoned invacom and explained the problem.
The customer service is excellent and after explaining in detail what the problem was they have replaced the lnb with a new one.
Through the forum I would highly regard Invacom not only the product but also by there professional service they provide to their valued customers.

Many thanks for you call to Invacom earlier today - I am sorry that you have experienced a problem with your Invacom SNH-031 but as I explained broken Kapton is not a manufacturers warranty fault, however on this occasion I am pleased to send you a new LNB.

I have booked the delivery via TNT & for your information the tracking number is 90739****, it is booked for a next day delivery therefore you should receive this tomorrow, Wednesday 8th.

I trust that you will not experience further problems

how much was it m8? i got a humax 0.3 off e-bay brand new for £14 i'm happy with it. so are all my m8's who got me to get them one

@ kraken Yes m8 it was the new 0.3 model No.... SNH-031
ALLs I can tell you is this who else would give you that type of quality service
a brand new Lnb worth £30.


If I was going to get a new Lnb I would certainly opt for the Invacom with that type of customer service.

@ the- wizard I bought the original one for about £30 had it about 14 months it still works fine apart from the lens bit on the front is damaged probably due to a bird pecking at it!!!!!
but I was doing a winter check on my satellite dish greasing the motor and checking all the cables etc.. when I noticed the problem gave Invacom a ring to inquire about it and they sent me a new one for my troubles,
Just pure quality ...product and service :thumbs :thumbs :thumbs :thumbs
