I have been experiencing a few problems with my Invacom Lnb the lens cover was broken and I wanted to replace the plastic lens front ,so I phoned invacom and explained the problem.
The customer service is excellent and after explaining in detail what the problem was they have replaced the lnb with a new one.
Through the forum I would highly regard Invacom not only the product but also by there professional service they provide to their valued customers.

Many thanks for you call to Invacom earlier today - I am sorry that you have experienced a problem with your Invacom SNH-031 but as I explained broken Kapton is not a manufacturers warranty fault, however on this occasion I am pleased to send you a new LNB.
I have booked the delivery via TNT & for your information the tracking number is 90739****, it is booked for a next day delivery therefore you should receive this tomorrow, Wednesday 8th.
