Default Mozilla Firefox & Logitech MX900

    Hi

I have the Logitech diNovo Desktop combo and the mouse i feel is great, im loving the ack/forward buttons on it

However, i have just recently made the switch from IE6 to Firefox and i really like the browser, however i cannot use the Back/Forward buttons on my mouse to navigate back and forwards within firefox.

The feature of the mouse works with everything else iv used (iTunes Store, Windows Explorer, etc) so why wont it work with Firefox?

    Anyone know?
Or anyone gotta patch for Firefox to let me use this function.
I know im being lazy and i could just click on the button but iv gotten used to the mouse now, its almost seacond nature

    Cheers

Default Re: Mozilla Firefox & Logitech MX900

If you go to Edit > Preferences > Advanced > Mouse Wheel, you can set the mouse wheel click to do this for you whilst holding down the alt key, or on its own but then you would lose the 'open new tab' facility. Not quite the simple way you had before but I think the convenience and security of Firefox/Mozilla outways the disadvantages.
