Hello

I'm still kinda new here and new to this feeds thing, i have looked around the boards and i have seen that i can use my xbox to recieve these feeds however i have a couple of Qs and i do not know where to post them...

How do you get the feeds? (for example Astra) I have looked at the stream sites sticky and coudn't find alot of the channels i wanted.

Can i stream okay on a 576k connection or not?
