uploading games etc to a mobile

I've got a sagem mobile attached to my pc thru a usb cable acting as a serial link , i can download the pics and videos on the phone ok with the s/ware provided , But I also have a cd with wallpapers / ring tones & Java games - how do i upload these to my phone ? TIA sniper

what model of phones is it?

what format are the games in? i.e .jar/.jad/.sis

what software are u using?

lil bit more info n problem will be easier to sort. :thumbs

phone is sagem myx-7 , games are 2 files ,one being .jad , the other .jar , software i got with phone is 'wellphone' which saves my contacts etc , and i downloaded another one called 'my pictures and sounds' , thanks for speedy response
