I think what termy meant was what type of software do you want?

Are you looking for Games? Applications? Contact Managers? etc......

or are you looking for software to unlock/upgrade the phone?

M8 - were not psychic here. I've just had a look on the samsung.co.uk website.

As far as I can see the sgh-x600 doesn't have an infra red port, or support Bluetooth. That means the only way to connect it to your pc is with a data cable. I don't know if it comes with one supplied or if you need to buy an extra one. There is something called Easy Studio for download on the Samsung site. Download that and give it a go.

Normally most phones these days come with the necessary software/hardware to enable them to connect to a PC and upload/download photos, games etc.

Have you tried the stuff that came with your phone?

thanks but it did not come with any software the easy studio is poor i just wondered if there was any other software around for it it does have ir port

the filemanager in easy studio is all there is from what i know of, I agree it's a pile of cr*p but it does the job, you can use the ir port for transferring stuff
