I have done this in the past with no problems.
You can try but in my experience it doesnt work out. Normally 128 stick shows up as 64mb

PC133 memory works just fine in a 100MHz based system.
If the memory is reporting it's size incorrectly at POST, then that simply means the memory stick is the wrong configuration for the motherboard chipset and has absolutely nothing to do with the bus speed.
It works fine but is a waste of pc 133 but it should not give you any trouble.
Some motherboards will work, some won't. Suck it and see. No harm can be done. ( I've been fixing PC's for years)
you'll have no trouble running 133 ram in a 100 system, the company i used to work for did it as a matter of course
