Try telling every fecking muppet who comes in here to read the fecking rules.
Take it on yourself then to tell each and every one, you obviously have the time.
Rather me tell them to read the rules than the admin to ban immediately.

The answer is exactly as stated.. to read the rules and adopt the decorum. It's so easy to quote one of the rules but without recourse to the rest of them you've just bypassed all the useful pointers the staff have been trying to indicate.

Once you`ve read the rules and stickies you will find that in certain sections you will need to have at least ten decent posts before you can post in said sections.
So welcome to D/F, abide by the rules, and don`t be a 'muppet' (like some here) and I `m sure you will enjoy your stay here

Yes that is ONE of the rules.... but that IS the one that answers his question.... I agree that its very useful to read stickies... but I am sure just answering the question would also be useful....

Having to answer the same question everytime a new member signs up, gets a little tiresome. If some members got their heads out of their asses and took the time to read the rules then the sarcastic comments wouldn't be made.

seeing that most of u agree that sarcasm is the best way to go.. then carry on..

Although I still think that if new commers got thir questions answered straight, they wont need to put their heads up their ass to look for answers!

And if the newcomers took the trouble to read the rules and do something for themselves then we wouldn't have had this whole pointless thread in the first place.

Welcome aboard and hope you get time to look at the Legal Section.

Just a few points, so you'll have a great experience on DF.

There are several forums where you can't post until you have a 10 post count. The Legal Section is one of them.

Also, the Legal Section is a little unique on DF, in that we have a serious tone and a strict Post Policy. Please read the post policy before posting in that section.

Have a great time on DF and I look forwards to any Legal questions you may have in the future.

some (most) people manage to find the rules all on their own, a few chose not to, each day i ban the third one i read and all subsequent ones purely because i cant be arsed repeating myself over and over again, almost every intro posted gets reminded to read the rules.

of course some people choose not to read the rules, find they cant post then suddenly discover the intro section but instead of reading "how to get banned" or "the rules" they make complete arses of themselves by asking why they cant post.

now ask yourself this, how do you think they found they couldnt send a pm? i think you'll find that it was because they signed up wanting something and not to join in, when they discover they cant post in a blocked section then its off to the pm's to pm members and ask the same question they couldnt post, hell we've even had a couple of twats then trying to use the report post button to get help.

and you wonder why forum regulars and staff get a little cheesed off at these people, remember that half (or more) of the realy strict rules are imposed PURELY to kill off the leechers, we are all here to help each other, some help themselves then help others, others do need a little help on the way but as a general rule those who start threads like this one are not here to join in and help others, they are here to leech and we realy dont want leechers so if they are made to feel unwelcome, who cares? we certainly dont.

oh and this is number 2 so far for the day so he's still here.
