    Default Driving test

In work today I was talking about how I failed my driving test caused by nerves as the examiner was a little off putting (ie just him being in the car)

Any way she said that a friend of a friend passed they driving test who was in the same boat as me and nerves had got in the way of her passing but she passed by going to napols and taking her driving test as they do not have the same point system as we do and will pretty much pass anyone.

I am not saying that this is a right thing to do but has any one else heard about this??:nowords:

Great idea... you will get a driving license but you will be really restricting your car insurance...

Please confirm the following regarding YOU:
You (or your spouse) are the owner and registered keeper of the vehicle.
You have a full or provisional UK driving licence.

or Plan B.... Stop bieng a BIG girls blouse!

Ok it sounds like I was fed a load of bull. The person who told me was saying that because we were part of eu that you could do this as you can now drive anywhere in the eu with an international license.

fookin hell!! i find it really hard to believe that anyone could think of going to such an extreme just to pass the test???

take it again and again ect, till you do pass.

do it the right way then you can't go wrong

    You can!!!

It's just goning to be tuff trying to get uk insurance without a full UK licence

Insurance companies are not stupid. First they will ask if you have a UK licence... answer no. The second question will be where you got your license from. If it is somewhere that has piss easy driving tests they will either refuse to insurance or bump the price rigt up!

Nerves getting the better of you before you take your test??
The solution.......spend a couple of hours in your local ale-house first! then you wont give a shit if you fail or not!

I know if you pass your test abroad from alot of countries, you can get fill in a form to get a UK driving licence. My friend passed in kenya, and got a UK one because of that.

but yeah, sounds silly going to another country just to take a driving test.

Apart from that - have you ever BEEN to Naples? If you're nervous driving in the UK mate - I give you 10 yards in Italy before yuo get out the car and empty your trousers. They are absolute fookin NUTTERS - I kid you not. That explains the driving then if they can pass their test that easy. I can imagine the theory test covering such things as a) where is your horn? b) do your clenched fist and shake motion. c) shout profanities. d) where is your horn etc etc.

Mate - just relax, spend more time going out in the car with other people until you're really confident. I was shittin bricksd on my test and to be honest wasn't sure I was ready - I'd only had like 8 or 10 lessons or something but me instructor thought I could do it, so we went for it. I also had the worst examiner in the area (my instructor was actually compiling a file of complaints on the guy to get him struck off lol) but I passed by 11/15 points. If you don't think you're reeady coz you're too nervous... maybe yer not?

Anyway - just keep trying, and you'll do it. Good luck to ya
