    Default Logging help please

Hi Just got me a logger

I have read as many posts as i could before asking,

I have installed the drivers in\system32\drivers
I have started userport program set grant access to 200-37F, 3BC-3BF & 3E8-3FF. click start( responce driver already started)
    Done my batch file containing c:\elog222\elog222.exe/b /a /flog files.txt
also tried with out /b switch
When i run my batch file I get this window
    ---------------------------
    16 bit MS-DOS Subsystem
    ---------------------------
    C:\elog222\Elog222.exe
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\AUTOEXEC.NT. The system file is not suitable for running MS-DOS and Microsoft Windows applications. Choose 'Close' to terminate the application.

    Can anyone help
