    This new release will build on the work we did in Windows XP SP2 and (among other things) go further to defend users from phishing as well as deceptive or malicious software
    Does this mean there is a requirement to install SP2 to embrace IE7?

    eh, I'll try to avoid installing this one.. maybe it will be more secure than 6 but if it still has ActiveX you can bet on it not being secure.
