win32 error

this seems to happen only wen i log on2 msn...bin on the net for aba 10mins now n not had it,but wen i get it it says sumthing about an error with the IP,then it gives me that daft 60second shutdown thing :grr:
iv tried the following progs 2 fix it;
adaware/m$ antispy/trojan hunter/AVG/bt antispy
nowt sorts the problem out
oh,and also wot ever it is thats nacking it also caused problems with my router,so im now having 2 use my modem agen
any help much appreciated,thanx guys n gals

This sounds like a viral infection. Turn off System Restore and reboot. Now visit Trend Micros free online scan and commit to a full scan.
To stop the system shutting down, type shutdown -a in the run box and hit enter.
