just got a new 17inch tft,&6600gt g card, after about 30 mins i get a flicker & every thing tuns blurry ive lowered res from 75 to 60mhz same thing happens. any ideas.

Personally my money goes on the new video card getting too hot after the half hour but only way to be sure is to either put your old video card back in and see if the problem goes away, connect your old monitor, or connect your new monitor to another PC.
Process of elimination should nail down the faulty item.
