      Help Windows Encoder keeps crashin...

      Ok im tryin to cut down a 700mb film to 240mb so i can put it on an sd card... the prog ive been told to use is windows encoder and i got it and installed it. When i select the source from which i want to encode it lets me do this then if i try to select a diff destination folder or even if i leave that and click next it just crashes with the screen do u want to send to microsoft ur problem... but this is a new one to me it has a restart windows encoder option aswell.....

      My pc is 2.66ghz, 768mb ram and 20gb hd runnin xp..
