Do these really work ??

Just spotted these on ebay and wanted to know if anyone has one.

It apparantly allows you to play your xbox on your crt monitor?

I mailed the seller and this is his reply.
"as well as being a TV tuner, this unit has a connector which allows
various other video devices to be displayed on your CRT monitor. As long
as an X-box has either an S-video, or a composite video output on a
phone type connector, this unit will work fine with it".

So is this real or not?

Ideal for me coz the wife hogs the bloody telly all the time. :whistle

not only real but have a look in BST as one of our respected members is selling one :thumbs brand new price incl delivery, i am going to pm him see if i get commision if you buy it :thumbs

it's just like having an internal TV capture card. and yeh you can play your XBOX, video, camcorder, ect through them.
you can normaly connect using a basic AV cable but an S-Video one would be better.
