Its like this. IRC had gone quiet. I fall back to James Bond - A view to a kill on the telly. Fuck me HOW MUCH HAVE WE MOVED ON SINCE THIS MOVIE WAS MADE. Sorry for shouting.

Not only are the images of James Bond being camera-identified by a Commodore Pet type thing the most embarrasing ever, we then get the CGI/Camera effects in the Horse Race and how laughable are they :s

Blinkered by the James Bond equals "great bloke and great British hero" for over 35 years - my how the bubble burst tonight !!!

Man, I hate James Bond. (Except Moonraker, that one was ok)

No idea why, it's completly irrational, but I just do not like James Bond (see exception)

Maybe it's an envy thing, perhaps deep down, I love James Bond. Maybe Deep down I wish I was James Bond.

Maybe its just that the films are crap?

I used to watch when it was Sean Connery but Roger Moore, big bent pouf, spoiled it for me, and I always associated JB with Roger Moore after that.

Not a massive James Bond fan, films have always been a bit w@nk. Although when Brosnan took over they did go all 'Hollywood' and started doing bigger explosions and shit like that which was nice. I know this is unpatriotic but I prefer Jack Ryan movies.......... :cartman

But they were lame films compared to the books!! The film versions of JB were better than the books. Tom Clancey disowned the films after Red October saying that they butchered the story, and its true!

Never read the books........ as films they stand up quite well on their own. The hunt for Red October is a great movie, I also liked Patriot Games and the latest one, The Sum of All Fears was good too. I just think Hollywood make better action movies........
