    PC Bin files

    can someone plese tell me a program/s wich can open a bin file so i can edit it tanks for reading

    Bin is fairly universal. Is it a CD Image? ISO Buster will probably open it if its an image file. http://www.smart-projects.net/isobuster/

    3. What exactly do u want to do to this bin file? what kinda image is it... you can open it to burn with various apps. im not quite sure what ya gonna 'edit' it for tho?

    well i have a xbox bios and it is in bin format and i want tom replace the intro movie of the bios

    wen the hell did i get a worning and since when has a bin file been a black barcket subject?
