Transfering Drawings Files

Hi ppl can anyone help how to copy & paste drawings files from Paint programme in my computer to Digital-Forum site when i am writing a thread for more clarification to my subject . Any help would be appreciates .

Save it as a gif and attach it to the post, or upload it to somewhere that will host images (google for this) and you can include it like this [IMG ]http://www.somehost.com/yourphoto.jpg[/IMG ] (removing spaces though)
