problem setting up my own e-mail address

I'm trying to set up an e-mail address using my domain name. My name is sound-of-faz.com, I have set up an e-mail using plesk and the e-mail is info@sound-of-faz.com. i am trying to add this to outlook. I ahve entered the SMTP address, I'm with Bt so I used mail.btinternet.com then I put in mail.sound-of-faz.com for the POP3 incoming mail address but when I click "test account settings" everything goes well then I get "unable to log onto the incoming mail server (POP3).Please verify the settings in the username, password and e-mail fields" I dont know what I'm doing wrong, should this be a pop3 address?

Also should the username and password I'm using to set up an account in outlook be the same that I used tyo set up the actual e-mail address in plesk?

Yeah, all the settings you used setting it up will be the pass and name you have to use when using outlook. Your host should actually tell you what the settings should be just incase you wanted to use outlook.
