The 32WL48 had rave reviews at £1700 and was considered a real bargain at about £1300 discount so less than a grand is phenominal! The 48 is reviewed along with others in this month's What Hi-Fi, and came top of the pile!! If there is a drawback it is that it is a pre-order for May.

It's a Toshiba 32WL56, is 32" at £999.99 including delivery. There's also a 37", the 37WL56, with floorstand for £1499.99. Both models have HDMI.

Ive gotta say working within sony, the Sony plasma's and LCD's are fantastic, esp the MRX1 range!

+ only 2 scarts on a 37" lcd? looks more like a Rear projection form the front. Maybe cheap, but you get what you pay for in Flat panel
