Very nice price for a very good brand.

I dont really want to criticise the post, but for techno freaks, like myself, Plasma Units should be at least 42" for the best pictures. But I do realise that 42" is too big for some rooms (I have a 43" pioneer unit in my small room. I should have just gone for a 32" LCD as it is HUGE in the room but hey, the bigger the beter )

However have some Karma my friend and for the price It deserves a rating

In my honest opinion Plasma is better than LCD, that is only because I Have one of the new Pioneer Plasma units (43") which is unreal. It is on par with the new Panasonic Viera range (you've seen the ad on TV, 18 Billion colours etc....).

I researched it a lot, it is the only TV in the UK at the moment with a HDMI input for Sky HD coming out next year etc..... but it will be out of your price range mate. You can get a version for around £2500 (mine slightly more as I got the Top of the range model.... sorry )

However whilst researching I found out that for Plasma Units you need at least 42" for the best picture, anything lower then go for LCD.

I use this company and reccomend them a lot http://digitaldirectuk.com/ if you call them to barter they will lower the price or offer an extra years warranty/ throw in some cables etc....

Check their site out mate. But if you want Plasma make sure it is at least 42"

If you see something you like and it's cheaper elsewhere, call them. They will sort you out

If you dont find it cheaper, call them anyway! I got over £80 worth of AV cables when I bought my TV etc... from them.
